when buying new wheels,when it says bolt pattern, '4-100'. this does mean 4 stud?jus wana double check

Yep means 4 bolts with 100mm between then which is he CLio spacing.
Make sure the hubs have a 60.1mm clearance as thats what the CLios use and its bigger then most alloys come in.
