Just bought a 172 cup , has had a reflash and F4R camshafts?

  172 cup
Just looked through receipts and it had quite a bit spent on F4R camshafts which I don't know what they are and a reflash, I take it that the reflash is a remap? But a bit new on this so any help is appreciated

So you brought it then. F4R is the model of the 2.0 engine so likely to be standard, although not 100%. Again a reflash could mean a remap or just a ecu reset.

Who carried out the work?

Yeah i did peanut, we'll chuffed :) work was carried out by angelworks in or near Peterborough ? The cams were 510 and the reflash was 255?

If its a 'reflash' to me it sounds like someone has had a set of original cams installed and the ecu reflashed to the original map?

Could've been put back to standard after using aftermarket cams, I didn't mean the standard cams failed

Good chance that Ben at Angelworks fitted some non original cams. He did alot if early development work on F4Rs. Seemingly wasn't fantastic at other aspects of running a business but he knew his stuff.
