Just deleted my recycle bin?!

Eaither way its display properties and desktop icons and just put a tick back in the Recycle Bin Option.

if you try the above and still cant see it, maybe it hasnt actually been deleted but accidentally dragged off screen (yes have seen people do this at work before and not realise)... right click blank area desktop > arrage icons by...
