after reading up about all this pc stuf fi think this is the write way to do it

1. wash the car = i am using meguires nxt
2. dry = meguires drying towel
3. clay= meguiares clay bar and detailer
4.sfx 1 foam pad for heavy swirls = meg 83 or pooboy ssr 2 0 or 2.5
5. sfx 2 foam pad for light swirls = meg 80 0r pooboy ssr1
6. sfx 3. foam pad to apply polish = autoglym srp or P21S Gloss-enhancing Paintwork Cleanser
7.then apply seleant = auto gylm egp or Klasse All-In-One
8. then aplly wax= p21 or meguires nxt

then stand back and admire

is this correct

or what other product work best with balckgold

same as me on the polishing and sealing front mate, look forward to getting blinded great piece of kit, well well well worth the money, already got my rents, sis, uncles and mates cars up on the to do list. and you can always use it on your future cars.

Almost there on the product list.

When you come to the last stages, I would use the SRP then the EGP topped with the P21s. If you use the NXT it will remove the EGP below it.

If you want to use the NXT skip the EGP and apply it over the SRP or P21S Gloss-enhancing Paintwork Cleanser. Personally I would do the AG SRP, EGP and P21s on Black Gold.

That said there are some waxes that will have the edge in looks and durability on over the P21s on Black.

Remember to try the mildest combo first dont use the Cutting Pad and the 83 or SSR 2.5 etc if it does not need it. I.e Megs Speed Glaze or SSR 2 and Polishing pad.

You could also look into Menzeran Intesnive Polish and Final Finish to polish it with.

Will need more than the SFX 3 Blue Finsihing Pad to do any correction I expect.

More than likely you will need the 80 or SSR 2 on the SFX 2 White Polishing Pad

still not arivved ordered it tues 13 th and it says it left la aiport of the 14th but its still saying that now
how long do they normally take to arrive
emailed them and they said parcel force where delivering it when it arrived in the uk

I got mine in about 3 working days but I ordered mine the day before new years eve... so arrived around the 4th of Jan. E-mail Autopia... top banana they are.

But nice haul btw... I've still yet to use mine properly cos of the s**t weather. I've got PBs SSR 2 and 2.5 to use (advised by Ales at SP) as they are good for Newbies.

FYI - I used AG SRP with the PC on a blue pad as a tester about 4 weeks ago and I found that the depth of polish was miles better than I had ever achieved by hand. If that makes sense. Maybe a good idea to test it using this to build confidence up before going on to full blown correction.
