to get a price on the universal body kit for the mk3, they said its only listed as available for 15" or 16" inch wheels.. surely the wheel size doesnt matter... would it still fit on my car with 17"s?

It's that kit there ^^^


Also would there be enough room to fit it after lowering my car with 45mm springs?

Also can anyone who has this kit for a 3dr mk3 give me some prices the old guy on the phone didn't really have a clue... he said you can't buy it as a kit you need to buy each part single, and that it's only available for cars with 15"s or 16"s.... :S :S :S

Tell him to check again as it should be listed as a kit! Wheel size won't matter, u may have to use a lower profile tyre if you don't have enough clearance! Looks to be plenty o room around that black 1 above!

The kit will definitely fit no problem, has nothing to do with wheel size. I'm sure you can buy the kit separately as a whole from Renault, you'll be looking at around the £1k mark fully fitted by Renault. Its abit cheaper (£800 approx.) when bought from renault as an extra along with the purchase of a car. Mine had the kit as standard on the 16" canasta wheels, only thing putting me off lowering the car (45mm H&R springs if I were to do it) is that the ground clearance would probably cause issues with certain speed bumps I have to pass on my daily commute. Its a shame, as the car sits very high (gap between top of tyres and wheel arch is enormous), yet the clearance from the front splitter to the ground is not much really for a standard car.

The guy's a dick, he started pricing me for the other kit when i explained to him it was the subtle universal sports kit like the one on the dynamique SX...



I know afew people on here own it can they tell me what they asked for when they phoned and ordered it?

And how much each part costs, or the whole kit... does it come with the spoiler as I already have that?

No way of knowing for sure, I guess the front splitter (part of the kit) would be fairly low if fitted and the car was dropped 45mm.

the universal as far as im aware fits all clios regardless of wheel size as far as i know you can only buy the parts seprately or as a complete pack on a new build for 960quid

the sports kit will on fit the models with 15inch wheels cause these models have smaller wings as its a more dramatic fit as you can see here
