As above i have just got off the phone to o2 regarding my upgrade they told me that they no longer do any 12month contracts anymore so ill have to go on a 18month! And i cant get my £17.50 and £5.00 loyalty off anymore as the system wont let them (Computer ses no).
anyone know anymore about this no longer 12months now 18month contracts business apperently all phone operators are doing it now!???
ps been with them for 8 years

Stupid isn't it.

You can get 18 or 24 month contracts now. f**king rediculous if you ask me.

I refuse to sign up for 18 months, so can't upgrade.
