Its up to him to list it for a higher price if he's wanting more for it.

My dad has won stuff before in a similar situation to this and had messages such as "oh sorry mate, sold it just before auction ended" ofc he left negative feedback...

They wouldn't do anything... My fellow troll had a non payer on an item, so we won all his items and didn't pay.. I just said he asked for more money and he claimed otherwise..
