K&N on RT

Hi

Just put a K&N on my clio but theres nowhere for the pipes to go, the manifold one and, er, the other one. Ive taken the manifold pipe of as theres nowhere for it to go and the other pipe isnt very close to the K&N. Obviously i cant leave it like this, what can i do?

anyone? please? also anyone with any under bonnet pics of their clio RTs with a k&n on would be very useful. just wanna know how i can get it setup correctly

surely you have just taken the air box of and replaced it with the K&N. I would check they have sent you the correct one mate! otherwise think you need to use the plastic bung and put it up into the hole on the rubber bit.

yeh ive took the old air box off and put the k&n on, the k&n fits perfectly, just havent got the manifold and the other one (air feed?) pipe close to the k&n filter. has anyone got a picture of what it should look like? i bought my k&n off someone with a clio rt, on this forum, so it is the right one i hope

ah so you disregard the manifold pipe and just remove the old cold air feed pipe and replace it with the new one. nice one cheers lads cheers zedx19 for the pic how would i attach the pipe then? just tie wrap it on somewhere?

Theres already tie wrap sorta things there that held the old pipe in, look were it says Renault energy on that pic!
