well if you upgrade to polyurethane bushes, you will have a much harder and firmer ride when compared to standar. I think they should help though if you are thinking of upgrading suspension setup. Vince
You get more feel but it's a less relaxing drive as there is no rubber in the suspension to soak up anything. Can't decide whether to upgrade mine or not!
If i go for coilovers, hopfully soon, i will upgrade me bushes as well. For tracks its good, as white16valver said, its not so relaxed driving on roads but tbh, i dont care. Vince
People seem to have mixed success with these. The harder ride certainly helps on the track but I remember Nick Read had them and took them off. I think it was because they are so solid instead of teh bush taking the wear, the metal was!
Yeah they are the powerflex ones - think I may just stick with std ones - don't do tracks and don't drive like a mentalist (well at least not when my girlfriends in the car) plus the fact she's bound to moan if it makes the drive harder and is likely to wear the rest of the car out quicker!
