The bolts the Clio Cup racers use fit a Mk1 but not a Mk2. I suspect K-Tecs are for the Mk1 so should be fine for your 172.
I had some made up for my Mk2 172, adding about 1 degree -ve camber on the front. Initial turn-in improved, but its a subtle change not a "phooar, what a difference!" type mod. What really helped was getting the tracking properly set up and fitting shims to the rear axle (-ve camber again) which really sorted out the stability of the rear.
