K-TEC exhaust......the time has come!

Ok. the silence and tinny-ness of the 1.2 16v has got to go now! at long last! I want to order the twin 3" for the 1.2 16v dynamique. Just a couple of question.....

I keep hearing that this exhaust is very LOUD! and that there is a slightly quieter one now developed???? is this correct? I want a nice rumble and a fruity sound, basically i dont want the quiet one to be too quiet......but i doubt it will be eh??? Once pay day comes at the end of the month, i will ring up K-tec......David is it??......and see if i can order it with the cliosport discount. Will i need uprated rubbers etc for it to fit properly? any advice greatly appreciated guys n gals.........especially about the LOUDNESS levels!! Cheers, Rob

i have the 6x3 oval on mine, and can safely say its one of the loudest ive had fitted to a car, so much so that motorway journeys become painful, from experience, the twin3 is even louder

fitting is simple as it has an adjustable height bracket, only problem i have had is melting the rear bumper slightly

ive listened to fatherteds new zorst and its loud, but kinda kinky.

Its got an annoying drone at 4k but almost all large bore hummy type exhausts do that. Not too loud, well.......its is, but not like.....really hurt your ears from the outside loud.

The twin 3" system we do for the 1.2 16v is one of the quietest systems we do as it has quite a large rear silencer and resonated tailpipes (the tailpipes contribute to quietening the exhaust note down)
