Ordered my Apex -60mm kit for the clio on monday night at about 5pm, came home today (wednesday) to find it was here

Fair Enough. Im Looking At Some Stuff From Ktec An 2 Days Is Good For Me Im Byin Now
£180? Only one i can find is nearer £280 http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=1791 Id be tempted to go 60mm if it was £180!

Don't get me started on K-Tec as I've been waiting for over 3 weeks for them to refund my credit card, which is exactly what they offered to do because they couldn't supply a carbon fibre splitter that was of a decent and sellable quality. Their service is appalling. I'll probably post more about this but only after I've spoken with them again tomorrow and probably also to Trading Standards.
I had my exhaust delivered and it was in awful condition, so i wanted a replacement, they said of course, bring it down and we will replace it and fit it for free! which was cool!
Oh and we found out that the courier had dropped it and it had fallen out of the box so they sealed it back up... bloody courier drivers!!!
Ive had great service from them, no complaints.

I bought one of there induction kits + relocation pipes 2nd hand off ebay, when it arrived I found out the throttle body orientation was different in my new 1.2 16v, got in touch with them to query it and they replied very quickly with info on a kit they were developing for my one at the time even though I hadn't bought mine from them, I was quite impressed.
Couldn't wait for them to develop it though so I just chopped the pipe I had in half and it fitted fine!!

the service of k-tec as def improved when i first bought my clio i had a custom made exhaust made and i wanted a cat bypass but they couldnt do it due to the postion of the manifold so they told me to ask k-tec for advice, so when i went to the donny show i asked the main chap and he dint want to no and was very rude so i sed id never buy owt from them again but ended up doing after bout a year and the service was a total turn around well impressed.
