k4m larger throttle body?

ok not strictly clio related - but the same engine
ive got a 1.6 16v megane
is it true you can use the throttle body off of a 1*2 (f4r) on it (to make the size larger)
if so am i looking at a decent increase for reasonabily small amount of work?

last thing would it just be the throttle body i need or any other parts?

it's the f4r laguna TB, but as said, it will not make a difference. A really thorough service would do you move good
