Kangoo 172 Project

Hi All
Ive puchased this kangoo with a clio ph1 172 engine with cable throttle.
Im strugging to get the engine to fire. I can get it turning over with oil pressure light and alt light going off on the dash but i have no ecu light showing. It turns over strong and the fuel pump is running.
theres no immo light flashing either

Any help will be much appreciated
