Karsher snow foam adaptor

Was in halfords today and noticed a snow foam attachment buy karsher. Is it any good as looking at getting one and this is only about 15 pounds when the rest are 50 odd !!!

I got a new one you can have £10 posted, I got 2 for some reason.

These aren't bad, but you cannot adjust the mix rate. You get what you pay for at the end of the day.
