lol aye tried that, this thing just doesnt wanna slide, hahahaha even with a tiny flat head screw driver in it to see if i could ease it into a slide but it wasnt for having it.

Tempted to tak it into the dealer get them to do it, then if they breka it they pay hahahahahahaha

Theres actually a really easy method. Take it to a dealer, you kinda wedge the screwdriver down the keyring bit and just lever it. The casing slides together. once someone shows you how its done you think "aaaaah!"
