Keyed boot - Clio mk3



That's something brushing by it, not keying. Keying is down to the primer and worse.

That could be made to look a hell of a lot better with a decent machine polish. Basic physics here, but the V shape of scratches traps light, thus makes them very apparent. By polishing the edges back, you reduce the severity of the angle, less light is trapped in there and you don't see them as clearly.

Anyone near by with a machine polisher?

Oh wow thanks for the great information. I don't know what could've possibly done that though.
I've got some metalic t-cut but lacking the machine polisher.
I live in the North east of England - Redcar way.

Do not go near it with T-Cut!!!
