knock noise when turning????

If I'm parked up and I turn the steering from left lock to right lock there is a single knock sound. Same happens when I turn from right to left full lock.

Only happens while parked/not moving.

Any idea's??

I've got standard springs with koni shocks.

I wouldnt worry about it, it could just be the sound of the strut turning in the turret.
