Knock sensor replacement

Been having an issue with my Ph1 172 for the last few days, the toxic emission light is flashing (intermittently), sounds like a tractor and loses power.

I plugged it into my RSTuner today and this was the result

My questions are :

Am i right in presuming the knock sensor needs replacing ?
How easy a job is it to replace ?
Am i okay to keep driving it as it is ?

The last thing i want to do is waste money buying part after part trying to fix it, my Ph2 should be back on the road in a couple of weeks and i'll be breaking the Ph1

  a thirsty one
Easy to do, undo the fuel rail guard and its on the bottom left on the front of the engine. Is a big bolt looking thing with wires running out of it. Hard to get a socket on I unclipped the sensor at the other end and used a swan neck spanner threading the wire through the hole on the spanner. Took about 30 mins. Part was about £30 from Renault.
