Knocking from the back drivers wheel

When people sitting at the back of my car I can hear a knock from the back drivers wheel/sunspension. The sound happends everytime I am starting the car and the load transfer to the back. If this makes any sence. Is it a fault sunspension or something else.
I have a clio 182 with cup pack.
