Knocking/Grinding Noise When Steering Is Fully Locked.

Awrite Guys Im Experiencing A Bit Of A Problem When You Full Lock The Steering, Alot Of The Time It Happens When Its Fully Locked But Occasionally Happens Even When You Take A Corner.... Its Just A Weird Knocking/Grinding Noise Coming From The Front End f The Vehicle. Any Ideas What This Could Be ?
