Knocking noise front left

Just had two new tyres fitted on the 182 due to a blow out and got the other done at same time.
Ever since tyres have been changed had an annoying knocking noise coming from front left.
any ideas what this could be?
The car hadn't moved for 2 weeks due to getting the tyres ordered and fitted.

Can you expand on the noise? When does it do it? Speed related?

The knocking gets louder when turning to the left. But makes no knocking noise when turning right. As for noise its hard to describe sounds like something is catching. Have never heard it before

Did you find out what this was as I seem to have it now I have changed my tyres today.

Was major speed just when the front left was loaded at a sharp or fast corner.

But I took the wheel bolts (which could have been tighter) and wheel off and had a good mess about checking for any play and the re-fitted the wheel and bolts, took it for a drive and it was gone so I think it was the wheel bolts being ever so slightly loose :S
