Knocking Noise

everytime i steer left and accelerate, i get a constant knocking noise (knock knock knock, until i lift off, or straighten up), but cant quite work out where its coming from.

It doesnt happen when i first drive the car, but it gradually gets worse as i drive to the point where it sounds pretty dangerous. When it gets to this stage, its happening when turning both left and right.

As I say, its only when my foots on the accelerator.

Any idea's anyone?

should they not click/knock on full lock at low speed? my car doesnt

gaitors arent split either, so i atleast know they're not running dry.

Possibly inner ones then, but yeah your right about full lock at first but it eventually gets much worse!
