Knocking (possible engine mounts) 172

I had the engine mounts replaced a couple of years ago. but on out 172 ph2 i have

Unless I am fairly gentle changing up from 1st to 2nd gear there seems to be a noticeable clonk when lifting the clutch and getting the power back on.

At first i thought that it was the exhaust knocking but i have checked this and and all seems ok.

Any ideas what this may be?

could be the mount position needs adjusting
