Knocking sound at full wheel lock

Anyways I just wanted to know if anyone else gets a knocking sound when they turn their wheel full lock and move? Is this an inherent issue about the Clio or do I have worn CV joints (or whatever you call it!).

The reason I ask if its a common thing among Clio's is because my Clio has 15k miles on it so its done relatively few mile imo.

Apparently its a common fault reading other threads on here . Mine does it and its only done 862 miles .

The car can 'Hop' when on full lock and is common. Also feels like some sort of resistance is there.

Also, of going over bumps on full lock the car can squeak which needs strut top mounts grinded down i think.

If its not detrimental to the cars performance i'm unsure whether to let the renault monkeys start grinding away at the strut mounts , they'll probably only cause some other problem when i got the car back ,lol .

Mine seems to do it more when its cold , not been driven all night and straight out the garage i think . But thats the only time i really have it on full lock so i might just be imagining it .
