Knocking sound when pulling away, and when the car jolts

you know when you drop gears and pull away? im getting a knock from the left front, its the saem as if the wheel were loose, but it isnt,
i jacked it up and there is a little movement in the bearing if you move the wheel at 3-9 o'clock, but nothing major, anyone have any ideas?

yeah engine mount mate have a look it may be loose and need tightening up cheers
