knocking under hard Acceleration

right iv changed the dog bone mount to a polybush over a month ago and over the last couple of days iv been getting a knocking noice from the front end when im hard accelerting , i personaly think it could be a gear box mount , i was wondering if any one could shed a bit of light on this, or if any one knows how to change them cheers

It's probably worn engine mountings. I had that with mine on trackdays. Replaced them with K Tec ones and it cured the problem

Exhaust knocking on manifold?

Undo top engine mount bolts, pull engine forward and do back up.
