koni adjustables

hi all
i have oil leaking out of the rear dampers there a set of koni adjustables its leaking from where the adjuster tap is does any body have any ideas what could be wrong?

i didnt buy them direct from koni i bought them off here 2nd hand was told they hadnt been on the car long and by the looks of the condition of them when i got them they hadnt either
