koni adjustment?

There's little valves on the tops of the shockers, adjust them with the plastic tool that's provided with the kit.

Haven't got that bit of kit as they're on the car when I got it, do u know which way stiffens them up?

My adjuster says "FIRM" and an anti-clockwise arrow. so I'm guessing left
