Guys,

I am looking for the comfiest solution for my 172's dampers.
But- I got an offer for yellow konis for 450 euros (375 pounds).
What would you do??
Will they destroy my back?

BC adjustable are good

or Bilsteins are also pretty compliant for road use.

I had Koni yellow before going to AST coilovers.

The Konis were very good on the road. Much better than Cup dampers and more comfortable than coilovers.

15.7%.

More seriously, uprated dampers are normally a big improvement, the standard stuff is more about cost effectiveness than quality.

I had koni active dampers on a mini, and they were much, much better in terms of compliance than any coilover I’ve used.

All I've heard so far is really positive.
The only reservation I still have is about the stiffness, because of the unbearableness the HR coilovers costed to my beat waist and back.

Hey guys,
I finally put on koni sport yellows on my 172 and on the softest setting the amount of comfort is great,
better than the old stock dampers. As for the handling I have no words, so sophisticated and confident...wow.
Still with the stock springs, I cannot recommend these yellows enough.
