depends what your talking about but id go with koni all day long!shocks wise that is and in most other reasons too, the quality is very high, but ur questions a bit vague!!

well i bought spax coils for my 172 , n i wasnt inprested with the fact they were made to wrong size where they bolt on , and also there atitude down fone to me , in end got me cash back n bought fks

Get konis then mate, they should be in your budget, depending if your wanting coilovers aswell tho!get the sport dampers there adjustable and top goods!!

fairy nuff, just priced up just the special red shocks and they come to 240quid, so the full kits a bit of a bargain.

Koni IMO, they do the inserts in Fk's and they are top notch!

dont get spax , the rear shocks fail quickly i went through 3 sets before selling them.
koni reds are good and same as yellows apart from no damping adjustment
also remember to measure your front strut spacing it will be 52, 54 or 58mm
