Koni Yellows,Rebuildable?

Some 2nd hand koni yellows in here for sale with the rears leaking,are they rebuildable????

You can send them off for re valving so im guessing new oil and seals can be replaced however you can pick them up for £200 a pair new, probably cheaper than sending them off..?
