Ktec lower arms

Has anyone bought and used the Ktec aftermarket lower arms for 172?
I want to do a suspension refresh on my cup but don’t want to fit polybushes to the current arms.
I’m just a skeptical of ordering because knowing Ktec they won’t turn up!
Unless anyone knows somewhere else I can buy them?

I bought them when I had the Clio, they're just s**t pattern parts, don't bother.

They don't have the increased caster as they should for the sports and the ball joints are of the non sport variety with the M10 bolts not M12.

Fair enough part of me did think that would be the case. Polybushes probably will be the solution then annoyingly.

Surely there are some replacement rubber options you could purchase to replace the old stuff. Especially if you want to keep the OE caster?
Though I understand the usual course of action is install poly.

I don’t know of anyone just selling replacement standard bushes unfortunately. It’s not the end of the world for me to go poly with it, just more hassle to fit the bushes 😆

I was having a look at spareto (people in Aus buy from there all the time) they have replacement bushes listed from reputable brands.
I didn't check to see if they have the correct dimensions though 😅

I've just bought these for my Trophy (https://k-tecracing.com/products/aftermarket-heavy-duty-clio-2-rs-lower-arms?variant=43236198678767) and I see the description includes the comment 'Suitable for fitment to all Clio 2 RS 172 and 182 models including 172 Phase 1 as an upgrade for extra caster.'

Is it definitely the case that they're incorrect for the required castor and, if so, what are the practical consequences of this?

The correct terminology for the 'extra castor' is positive castor.
This helps with steering wheel
self centring and high speed stability.

From what I've read.
All ph1's and early ph2 have the 'standard caster'.
172cups and later ph2's (later 172's and all 182's) have the extra positive caster.
The extra caster is created by the ball joint fastening holes being drilled ahead of the centreline on the wishbone.

Would be interesting to see photos of these white-label 'ktec' wishbones and if they have the positive caster ball joint hole placement.

Does anyone know where to get new wishbones from the days?

Whenever I search for some they all have the 10mm bolt hole size for the ball joint and not 12mm?
