Ktec Stage 1 or stage 2 tuning package !

Hi all thinking about gettin 1 of the above tuning packages

has anyone had them done if so what sort of gains did you get?
I have a 182 the engine is all standard apart from an induction kit + i have a scorpion exhaust with a de-cat pipe
