are these cams any good they seem really expensive ?? Can anyone recomend any other places that sell cams? And what difference does changing the vvt setup do which setup is best?

Depending on the cams VVT rpm needs to be raised a couple of hundred rpm.
It needs to stay enabled otherwise you loose a lot of midrange torque.

keep VVT unless you're doing a specific top end power/track focussed build.
