Kw 3's on 197

  Clio 197 2008.
I'm currently on stock shocks and eibach springs. It's much better than full stock but too harsh on the road and still not what I wanted on track. I decided to go for kw3.
Just got them two days ago and I will mount them next week.
I will do some test myself of course, but I was hoping if someone has any expirience with good settings to help me save some time and tell me, in general, what were good and bad settings in your cases.

Hight will be -30mm from stock, that's -10mm form current setup (Eibach pro kit -20/-25mm)
Car is on Compomotive ET53 J8 17" wheels and -30mm would be ideal hight to avoid the wheels rubbing the arches.
I appreciate any help and info.
Thanks!

OK, suspension is on the car.
I've gone for Kw recommended street setup for rebound and compression. Car is lowered -30 front cca -40 back.
Front is still little lower than back, as it should be.
Handling is phenomenal, car doesn't jump and there is no bodyroll at all. It's glued to the road, even more direct and feedback is great.
It's very easy to make it slide now :D

While trying it out on a local bumby road there was a tiny "sssk" sound from the front at 160+ kph. I guess the wheel touched the plastic inside the arch.
I think I'll go up +5mm front and back to avoid that.
Kit is great, it was mounted without any problems in about 2h.
I'll post some pics tommorow.
