Laguna 2 squeal when cold starting

Hi, pulling my hair out here. I had a friend fit new cam belt, water pump and cam pulley two months ago now when starting engine from cold get a squeal only just started. I took the aux belt off encase that was making the sound. started the car and it still does it. When Engine is warm there is not a sound and engine seams happy bunny. Car is 1.8 16v 2005 Expression. If anyone could cast any light please. It made same sort of sound before everything was changed and was told it could be cam belt or water pump by two garages. So got my friend to change the lot as I say car was then fine till about a week ago.
