lambda sensor questions

i need an upstream lambda sensor for my 172 cup. is this the pre cat sensor? I'm just looking on a website and they have one which states:

RENAULT CLIO 2.0i Sport 172 CB1N Hatchback December 2000 on Engine F4R736 1998cc 4 cyl 16v DOHC 172bhp length 500mm

will this fit my cup as the upstream sensor???
