Laptop Has Stoped Asking For Password?

My laptop has stoped asking for my password when first turn it on for some reason. Any ideas what i can do to make it ask me again?

It still asks me after i put it to sleep and turn it back on

Control Panel ----> User accounts ----> Change the way users log on and off.
