had one when i had my 182, but i put the filter in straight away so never compared.

I've only this evening fitted the itg to the 197, haven't driven it with it in yet. I think a few people on here have them fitted.

Good choice mate. I did notice a difference when I put it in over standard one. Could have been the placebo effect though!

Surely it's gotta be better than the paper one, if it helps it breathe better... then that's good enough fr me.

The only difference I noticed was the car was less lumpy to drive on a cold start up.

I do this on special occasions only. It sucks in all that hot air.

Haven't tried that, is that the ob-long cover that clips onto the air filter box? Does it really makes a differene?
