Leak advice please

Hi, any thoughts on what this leak is please? And how much of a job to correct. Noticed some spots on drive and then look under found this.

To add drives fine, guessing gearbox oil and may have always been there just as cars hardly moved this year. I've cleaned up and will keep an eye on it. Is it just another 'feature' hence the pads built into undertray? Should I look at topping up gearbox oil occasionally? Thanks in advance for any help.
