Leaking again but how?!

so about 5 months ago i had a coolant leak, so i brought brand new yellow sfs silcone hoses and a ali rad. Turned out when i fitted it all i saw the leak was from the rad so all fixed. Until this week started loosing coolant again not to badly until today where i can se it phycially dripping from under neath. Im going to have the front end of tomoz to see but surely i cant be the radiator again?

Any ideas?

Fan could have warped and was rubbing on the radiator?

hose is loose im hoping but the rad is 5 months old! how can it be fooked already

i looked down the rad earlier its not damp near the fan, last time the old rad went in the bottom corner but it was 9 years old nearly so
