Leaking and heater help

HI all

First off, the car (a mk1 clio RT) is leaking from the roof,I took the sunroof mec and all ligthing and RCL stuff off so i could try and locate it, but it drips down from everywhere. Would this be the outer seal? which is a hard seal, not a soft rubber one.

Also would there be anything wrong with siloconing the seal?

next up is the heater, it has stopped working yet fuse is fine...would it be the motor?

Thats such a pain because when There is water inside from leak, windows steam up and i cant clear them with heater

i have a heater motor if you need it mate 20.00 posted silicon is fine mate just take it easy as it gets everywhere.

The waters either coming in around the sunroof or through the aerial base mate, silicone em up
