leaking valver sunroof.

Any one have any good easy,cleanlooking ways to seal the sunroof?
I think thats what it is thats leaking.

Sun roofs are s**t, dont know why they fitted them in the first place.

Get some black silicon sealer and seal the f**ker in and just dont use the sunroof.

or

Take it all apart and clean or renew the seals. But if you dont use it like i never, first option is best imo.

yea i agree they are usless i wish mine didnt have one at all they are just a gimmick! one more annoying thing to go wrong im going to seal it.
Ive got some clear silicone i might just use that or does the black one come out better? what did you do open it up and spread that around then shut it?
Do you also put some around the top when its already shut?

My valver has a sunroof and it works perfectly! Has never leaked, opens/closes fine, only rattles when it's open so thats not too bad, so must have a good one!! lol

I quite like having it actually as i love having it open in the summer

try smearing vaseline around the seal first. done this on my williams almost a year ago and hasnt leaked since
