Leaking VVT solenoid

My rocker is weeping a little only on the far left had side near the rocker bolt and VVT solenoid. has anyone changed the seal on one of these?

Am i right in thinking i can just unplug / unbolt it and pull it free from the top of the rocker? I have been to Renault and have the seal, hopefully its correct:

EDIT: Thanks to foxy's parts database i know its correct, just need a description of fitting procedure.

not really. Just make sure you push it in properly
