Leaking washer bottle

As soon as you fill up washer bottle it pretty much drains out so im presuming either seal has gone around the pump or a pipe has popped off.

I understand to get to it i need to remove wipers to remove the plastic tray above it?

Now my question is des this plastic tray have to reseal against the window to stop water running into passenger footwell?

If it does what should i reseal it to window with?

no it just clips back into place, theres no seal under the scuttle

Except wiper wont come off to remove the panel

I've removed the bolts and wiggled it and tried WD40 and it wont budge??

Get a windscreen wipe pulled or keep fiddling it will come off with some persuasion.

With the bolt removed lift the wiper back into the up position, now try wiggling it.

WD 40 is not the thing to use, Plus-Gas is the way forward.

or just keep on wiggling it

mine were a b**ch to get off
