leaking water on igntion?

Hi,

past few times after it has been raining i get into my car and turn ignition on and you can hear water flowing and it pours out the bottom of the car near the front.

its not coolant as that is fine and car is running perfectly.

any idea what is could be at all ?

I get this too. A sound like trickling water from the passenger side. Most be sitting somewhere and draining out when you start moving.

Drainage holes blocked at a guess.

its just when i switch the ignition over, its really quite weird, its like a waterfall......
