LED Bulb Problem

I ordered some blue extra bright LED interior bulbs (not to everyones taste i know) and they arrived today, i fitted them in the interior light and they look great, the only thing is when i turn the light off there is a very dimm blue glow, i left it for about an hour and it is still glowing (very dimm) does anyone know if this will drain the battery? My dad thinks that it is the small amount of current that is in the car to keep all the memory (time, radio settings ect) that is just strong enought to light the LED slightly.

thank you,

yeah there was another thread on it few months back think its just to do with back flow, i guess in time it prob will drain the battery, i am sure they said you need to put a resistor in there somewhere

I have the same thing with the LED's I got from the group buy, the less bright set I had in the past didnt do it though.

Ill worry if it ever drains my battery but thats brand new and has lots of cranking power ;)
