Led dash bulbs

hello all again.

ive been changing my speedo bulbs to blue..
but all the small bulbs that i bought keep blowing.. i think they are the T5 fitment..

out of the 15 i had only one worked and that was for the airbag light..
the others just blew as soon as i turned them on.. and when mean blow. there was fire :O...

any ideas how to solve this?

Where did you buy them from?? Almost sounds like you got the wrong Voltage rating. I.e your chucking 12V into an led with a 3.3v maximum Voltage rating... POP

The reason they blew is because Led's are polarized meaning if you put them in the wrong way round go pop like yours did. There's a bit more to it but I can't be arsed to explain! Thats the gist of it.
