LED indicator issue

Sorry if this has been covered I did look and couldn’t find a thread.

I have just fitted some LED bulbs and I went to fit the indicators and the flash runs at a much faster rate seemingly due to the difference in power usage, apparently best thing to do is replace the relay with one designed to support the LED lights....

Has anyone come across this at all? How did you get round it? Or anyone know where the relay that covers the indicators is?

I think it's the reduction in resistance - you need to mod the relay by adding a resistor IIRC.

That sounds about right to what I read but also saw you can replace the relay rather than adding a resistor??
